Joanie, a former elementary school teacher, became a licensed Realtor in 2006 after buying several investment properties with her husband, Rey. Looking for a better quality of life and with their first child on the way, Joanie and Rey moved to Placer County from the Bay Area in 2003... and they haven't looked back.

 

Joanie began her real estate career with Lyon Real Estate, and has earned her status as a Senior Executive Associate and Top Producer.  Joanie is also a six time Five Star Professional, a customer service designation earned by less than 7% of Realtors in the country.

 

In addition to her awards, Joanie is trained as a Certified Negotiation Expert and Short Sale Specialist. She prides herself on her market expertise and ability to work with people. 

 

When she is not working, Joanie is a mom of three beautiful and active children. She volunteers at their schools, organizes school-wide PTC events, and attends A LOT of sporting and theater events.
